Killed my daughters dsi xl. She has replacement but can I get system memory pics off dead dsi xl? Maybe desolder chip and put it on new dsi XL? Thanks, Mike
actually the dsi xl has a sd card slot on it just take out her dsi xl's memory card and plug the memory card into a card reader you will find them in a folder on the memory card they are not stored on internal memory there is no internal memory
From dsi xl manual " Photos you take will be saved to the Nintendo DSi XL system memory" I just looked at the sd card and don't find photo's folder either so must be on system memory from what i can see.
Dang when did they change that it used to save on the sd card that blows looks like you might have to send it into nintendo the draw back it will cost you 99.99 to get it fixed
