Is Pandora 3DS card good?

I find this Pandora 3DS card on some shops. It is said to support Nintendo 3DS and DSi V1.4.2 console. Thousands of people are searching this word on google. However, I never hear this card before. Is It good to run DSi games? or it is a fake card?
The R4 3DS card is coming!

It can support Nintendo DSi V1.4.2 and 3DS console currently! You can find some information from official website pandora-3ds.com
