M3 DS Real not playing the latest games

Hey all,

just tried to put a few newer games on the Kids DS and they will not work, i hadnt updated the M3 firmware for a while, so i did that and still not working.
i have read up on a few topics and seen the "Wood" Firmware but the M3 DS Real is not listed as compatible.

is there anyway to get the newer games working using this card or is it a case that the card has come to the end of its usefulness and needs replacing?

At the moment only in touchpod form, Sakura usually takes about a week to appear

Not really sure what you mean by Touchpod form, and when you say Sakura will usually takes a week, is this the solution i am looking for..

Touchpod - the original GUI for the m3 real

Sakura - a lot slicker and better looking

Both are now available from the website I listed, download the US/EU folder option of Sakura and replace your system folder on the SD card with this one.

If you have not updated for a long time the card may then not load on the DS, backup all the files on your PC, format the SD card (ideally with panasonics SD formatter) then reload everything back on.

Thanks very much for the pointer, i have now installed the Sakura Software and replaced the games after a format and it looks to have done the job.

thanks for the update, i have downloaded the Touchpod software, i tried it on one of the DS but the kids liked the sakura stuff better.

 

Then you have to wait ..
