M3i zero games help

Alright, am new to the ds. I have a DSi and I bought the m3i zero flashcart. Im having a problem with games I put on the micro sd card. I have about 20 on there that I have no problem with, the first 20. And then when I try to load games after the first 20, it asks me which slot I would like to use, and when I select slot 1, it says DLDI supported and loads forever. Does anyone know if this is an easy fix or if I am just doing something completely wrong? Thanks in advance :)

What format are the games in (should end .nds) slot 1 normally means that it is a GBA game not a DS one

All of the games are ds games, and in .nds format.. I thought that maybe it had something to do with the games, so I tried with a new set of games, and then just a few single games, and had the same problem.. for some reason only those first 20 games work.. Any ideas? =/
