I am Desperate for help. I bought my daughter a DS lite that came with an R4 3ds card in it with 180 games on it. It played fine for the first day and now the files are mysteriously gone. Not sure how it happened but is there ANY way to possible fix this? Or if not how to I go about reloading it with games?
Connect the micro sd card to your computer, all the files will not be missing! You need to find the correct firmware - if the card came in a box visit the site on the box to get the latest, copy everything off the card on to your pc, format the micro sd with panasonics sd formatter (google) put everything inc the new firmware back on. If it doesnt work then you have the wrong firmware (a problem as there are 50+ types of card with R4 in the name) the site in my signature hosts most of them.
So is this something that I will need to do often? I've already connected it to my computer and no files are showing. What will that make the missing files show up? sorry I am a newbie to this lol I don't have a box but there is a web adress on the R4 card. guessing that is it
