basically i turn the 3DS on the bottom screen flashes from black to white back to black, power stays (top screen does not change) turned it on in the dark and both screens lit up black. No idea if its been dropped but it has been randomly bit. Top screen 3D Lamp does not light and wifi light does not come on. any ideas thanks
Sounds like a failed firmware update or failed firmware if this is the case i am sorry you would have to send it in for repair
