nintendo ds lite repair

    Hey so i just tried to repair my broken hinge on my DS lite and i just replaced the entire shell. i got all the way through, everything looks right but when i go to turn it on now all that happens is the green light turns on dim, then brightens a bit the bottom screen flashes and then everything goes black!! Any ideas how to trouble shoot this?? Thanks

    Check the cable connection between top screen and logic board. 99% of the time that's the problem.

    top nad bottom screen connections need to be checked, also touch screen
