if this has been asked before then ignore me, but please can someone point me in the correct directions as to how to patch a game to unlock the AP settings. everywhere I have checked, the guides are unclear and I end up nowhere. if possible, can someone please either guide me or send me a link of some sort? again, i know this is a popular topic and no doubt it has been asked before here, but i used the search function and found nothing helpful.
Can you guess? lol It is of course, Pokemon SoulSilver. Did you edit your post or something? It looked quite good when I skimmed through it and was intending to check it out in detail when I got home. Of course if you can help me with the particular game instead then that is even better.
pokemon heart gold and soul silver working on acekard 2.1 akaio 1.6 only thing i can't check is the pokewalker, but original games shipped to me yesterday so ill test then. what flashcart and firmware you using?
M3DS Real. How can I check the firmware? From what I know M3 DS Real is one of the cards that don't work..?
Yes i did sorry i kinda realised that the arm7 patch thing may not be your solution but I will post it anyhow this usually works with "create save file errors" not sure if it will work with pokemon as that AP is game freezing at random points i belive, but you can try... BUT ... i think you should update your firmware first YOUR FIRMWARE FOR M3 REAL WAS UPDATED YESTERDAY! SO I THINK ITS FIXED WITH THIS UPDATE (Get it here) http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ HOW TO DO ARM7 PATCH.... (although called a patch, you are actually replacing the arm7.bin file in the non-working game with another arm7.bin file from another random "working"game.) Download DSBuff... http://filetrip.net/f3100-dsbuff--v1-Final.html 1... choose a game that works ( i used 7 wonders of the ancient world, just cos it was top of my list of games & it works on my ds) 2... open DS Buff and click the browse for file button on top, and locate ANY game that you know works on your DS (as the donor) 3... select unpack it ( icon of box with red circle in) 4... select a directory to unpack to 5... Deselect all boxes except the arm7 box, .....only select/tick the Arm7 6... it will unpack arm7.bin 7... Close DS Buff, you now have an arm7.bin file that you will now replace into the Game that doesn't load because of save file error 8... Open DS Buff again 9... Click browse button at the top and find your game that has a save error "Blah Blah game that don't work.nds" file on your computer 10... Then click the icon 2 boxes to the right of the unpack icon when you hover over it should say "Arm7" 11... click the Little folder icon & locate the arm7.bin file you created earlier and press the green tick 12... choose a new name for this nds file 13... Copy this new file to your sd card ....Done
Sorry for the double post, but I'm not sure. With this new update for the m3ds real, is it possible to play wi-fi games with soul silver, or even normal system link?
