Pokemon Black & White keep freezing on r4i 3DS

I have DSi XL and r4i 3DS. I tried many times play Pokemon Black or White. But it keep freezing after leaving Striaton City. I've downloaded dozens versions of rom but it's always the same. Before reaching Route 3 game working perfect. But when I reaching Route 3 it keep freezing randomly. When I run game after that it allow me to play some (short) time but freezes repeats. I have no idea what to do. I've downloaded newest soft for my r4i 3DS but it dosen't works.

if you didn't its checking the cart and freezing because of a faulty rom dump the hack roms seem to work better
