If you are new to this - do yourself a favour - buy something else!

R4 cards are a nightmare to set up unless you know what you are doing as there are now 38 different types.

Buy a AceKard, M3 Real, Cyclo DS, EZ Flash

if you need one for a DSi then AceKard 2i, M3iZero, EZ Flash Vi

Dealextreme, focalprice are reliable (but take a bit of time)

I can't tell you about buuuy.com (url seems kind of engrish). I did have a pretty good experience getting my card from www.dscardworld.com. I heard mixed things about dealextreme, some quite good, and they have huge stock, but it does seem like they're slow, I'd rather buy from a US based store.
