R4 Update

    I'm trying to update my old version 0.9 to 1.6
    after being told to do so because some of the games
    I downloaded didn't play.
    However, the same thing still shows up and the games still don't work
    What should I do in order to fix this?

    Some of the new games will never play - the firmware has not been updated for nearly 2 years. Look at Ys Menu an alternative firmware for most R4's and others
