R4i problem

    hi all, can anyone help me out. i have a ds lite and have bought a R4i gold card with a 4gb sdhc card. i have downloaded the latset kernal 1.31 for it.

    i have got past the loading screen and started to play games only for them to freeze. any ideas how to solve this problem

    get rid of R4 as they are so problematic (skip R4 altogether any version) if using a kingston micro sd card change it for another brand. reformat micro sd card after backing up games and all, go to the website on the carts box download that firmware not any other firmware even if thats a version of R4, extract that file directly on the micro sd card and try again.
