R4i sdhc update help

    i have bought a r4i sdhc,
    i downloaded kernels but if i start the ds (lite)
    and i see please download the newest update help me pls

    Then go to the same site and download the latest (REPLACING THE OLD ONE)If you cannot find it on the site then you can try the site in my signature - just be aware that there are at least 4 cards called R4 SDHC - so get the right one
