in my game i cant get the power lines to connect across the road. when i first learned to play they conneted. now i know how to play and they dont connect. problem 2 is this in the game: i dont know how to get the city to get water after i put the water tower and the rest of those things in. (without water pipes). have i been barred from the game and there is water pipe in the game?
