I have a TTDSi that was working before I had a 2gb Transcend Micro SD card in it, I just bought a Kingston 4gb Micro SDHC Class 4. Ive reformatted it over a million times, tried all the different firmwares official and unofficial, even used the Panosonic Formatter. I know that my TTDSi is authentic i downloaded the Official TTDSi checker and it says its authentic. I've tried updating the firmware on a different 4gb Kingston Micro SDHC Class 4 and it still doesnt work. Now my exact problem is this, certain games wont load, homebrew apps will, but not all my games work. It seems most of the games that were on the 2gb Transcend won't work even with the latest Firmware update. Any answers to help me with my problem. I've tried many many things that fixed problems with the 2gb but thats now working with my 4gb. I have unofficial firmware 1.17a07. I even tried reformatting and put the latest official firmware on it and that didnt help.

When you put your TTDSi SD card into you PC, go to Format, change the "File System" to FAT 32, make sure Quick Format is NOT selected!! And Start the Format, when it's done, download the official firmware 1.17 (NOT 1.17a07 because that has problems!)

    from: http://www.ndstt.com/

Install it onto your SD card and it should work properly!

if you have any probs, e-mail me at: alexjsmith2@hotmail.com

kingston and fake Chinese micro sd cards are your problem or at least one of your problems, they loose data and crash a-lot very unstable

Thank you all for your help but i've found out that the brand of MicroSD chip is the actual culprit i did more research and found that many other people were having the same problem with their Kingston Micros and their TTDSi's. I've just decided to use the old 2gb for roms and the 4gb for homebrew since thats all that really works on it. Once again thank you all for your help.
