hmm..r4igold 3ds is a good card i think, but i don't know US supplier, you can check their official and choose a reseller, reseller is worth trust and i think there is US supplier in the list..

I haven't used them, but http://www.dsigamecards.co.uk/shop/ are uk based and have good prices.
