It has been proven that Nintendo can remotely brick your 3ds System if you have used a piracy device such as R4 or M3. But is there a way to unbrick a system once it has been bricked? Or is there any way to keep using a Piracy Card without Bricking the system, something like a anti bricking firewall?

bricking your device is a violation of their terms of service i believe, so i wouldn't worry about it.

Exactly. I have managed to stay legal for the time being, but if the prices rise any more, I am thinking of switching to a flashcard. Problem is Nintendos Remote Bricking...SO I wanted to see if the problem has been resolved yet.If there is a countermeasure against Nintendos Remote Bricking.

they dont brick the console they just block the cart. ive fixed loads of blocked carts when people update but never ever fixed a bricked dsi/xl/3ds as it simply doesn't happen

And how should I? I should be happy to be able to use what I have. And for a senior member, you sure know how to talk like a five year old.

Well, Nintendo announced it when they started selling the 3ds. And apparently it happened to some people. Just google it, you will see.

So could someone here just answer a couple of simple questions,
    1 - Can the 3DS be bricked?
    2 - Can the 3DS be blocked,
if so, can I avoid blocking or bricking by not updating when I have the R4i3DS card in, or does it recognise if I have EVER had an R4i3DS card in my console at all?

Can someone please just answer a simple question,
Can the 3DS be bricked or blocked, & is there any way to avoid them if it does, for instance by not updating when I have an R4i3DS card (or similar) in the console. Or do nintendo recognise if there has ever been an R4i3DS card in the console at any time?
    Thanks
