anybody know blackcats-games IRC channel?

i just downloaded MIRC and its asking me for a channel. ive seen like 5 or 6 different ones listed for blackcats-games. when i use

/server -m blackcats-games.net 6667

i come up as the only person in the room and theres nothing there. is this supposed to happen? i need info from somebody whos actually used the mirc and got into the blackcats channel and spoke with them. i type in that name, and then what do i type in under the commands to find the admins to fix my account?
