Bitlord 1.1 Issues

So I've been using Bitlord 1.1 for a long time up until recently. I have it on my laptop and my sister has it on her desktop. She says she can still use it but I can't. When I open Bitlord, it doesn't connect. When I try to go to the web on it to look up sites to download things, it tells me "Navigation to this window could not be displayed". And I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work.
What should I do to get Bitlord working again?
