emule screwing with Bittorent.

I installed e-mule then after using it the other PC on my wired Network (useing wired router) would no longer connect. I went into e-mule: option ->connections-->client port and 'disabled' the UDP. Then the other PC would connect. Not sure if that was related or not, it may have been after shutting down e-mule and restarting my PC. But now when I go into Bittorent nothing connects and downloads..I tested it with Britney Spears latest single that had like 1000+ seeders and it's not connecting. All the seeds are turning up zero.

So if I uninstall E-mule will that undo or reset anything it did to my ports/connections/router?

Can anyone explain exactly what it did/change to potentially make this happen? + how I could reset everything.

Anything I can do inside Bittorent to re-establish itself? Should I keep e-mule installed to change setting inside it?

If it matters, when I installed e-mule it said it would use TCP:-20362 and UDP-1519-6. Now that I have UDP disabled checked it has a muted 20372 number listed.

Feedback or tutorials links appreciated.
