My utorrent is running slow. I've got downloads at 80% and they just won't download anymore

Are there any seed's, any peer's with a higher amount than you, has the file ever completed? If no connected seed's or peer's with more data than you, you won't be able to download. The MPAA has crew's seeding file's that will never complete past 80 - 90% on public site's.
