Hi, I have been trying forever to get my digital copies to play on my computer. I have a windows vista computer with WMP 11. The download with the digital copy transfers fine. When I click play I get this error, "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional assistance, click Web Help." I click it and starts giving me reasons for sound not working... my sound is fine I can play music and other files. I tried to install codec packs such as K-lite, did not change anything, I then tried CCCP, that also had no affect. So I am lost, I do now know how to get my digital copies to work. I also tried to transfer the portable version of the digital copy to my PSP, "The content provider prohibits this action. Go to the content provider's online store to get new media usage rights."
