I'm using FAVC to turn avi into TS files. At first it worked but now it creates the TS audio and video folders but never puts any of the files into it please help?
Is it happening with different source files? Do you know if the working files folder (there is a box you select to keep them) contains the .m2v and .ac3 (video and audio files)? Did you try both encoders, QuEnc and HC to see if it worked? Are you using the latest version of FAVC (1.07) Microsoft's .NET framework v2 and Avisynth are required along with FAVC - any chance either has been damaged? As a last reort you can also try DVD Flick.
