gburner and .gbi files

    I have a CD image file which is in .gbi format.
    I would like to extract this file but am not successful in doing so.

    The file extension is definitely .gbi but when I try to load this file it says it is not suported.

    I have tried everything I know in the gburner program and can't get either this .gbi file onto a CD that I can open up or extracted to my desktop so I can install the program.

    Can anyone help me?

    My computer is Vista 64 bit with all IE8 and windows updates.
