I've a vcd which can't play on laptop but play well on one of my video player connected to tv, why? file system :CDFS!

I've a songs vcd which I would like to burn a copy. i've tried on laptop and it can't play at all. I went to my computer to open the file, there isn't anything listed on the computer, just nothing. I tried playing on two of my stand alone video player connected to TV, one play well but another also can't play disc, why? anything to do with the vcd files.
I tried press the button burn to disc, it prompt me, no files to burn!
Please help!
