BD Rebuilder Error: Error in attempt to extract audio/subs. Failed to retrieve audio, aborted

Greetings and please be gentle first time newbie
I see alot of post on this but either they dont work or ive alreday tried them

Getting the following error at about 14 minutes in when I run BR rebuilder:
- Error in attempt to extract audio/subs.

[21:49:54] - Failed to retrieve audio, aborted

This is my setup:
BD Rebuilder 0.36.06/0.36.04 (tried both)
FFSHOW rev3326_20100319
Avisynth 2.5
Matroska Splitter 1.9.42.1
AnyDVD 6.7.5.0 used to rip the BLue Ray (avatar)to Hard drive
57GB free on working path
Ripping to 25GB disk

here is my BD Rebuilder inspect results:
- Windows Version: 6.0 [6000]

- HAALI Splitter: Ok
- FFDSHOW: 3326, Ok
- FFDSHOW VC-1 set to "wmv9", Ok
- FFDSHOW MPEG2 set to "libmpeg2": Ok

- BD Rebuilder v0.36.0.6, Ok
- X264: Ok
- AFTEN: Ok
- FAAC: Ok
- MP4BOX: Ok
- WAVI: Ok
- TSMUXER: Ok
