Can anyone recommend a Free decoder software that can play Blu-Ray on Windows 7. The PowerDVD that came with my BD-ROM drive is horrible. I have problems with it running like crap and now it will not play my Avatar BD. They said download this update and I did and when I try to get more information all they want me to do is upgrade to the full version of 10.0 and they will give me 5% off for my trouble. Eh..there has to be a good decoder out now that is free and allow me to just play them in the Media Center Interface.

Not that i know of. ANYDVDHD is not free but you do get what you pay for. If you do find an answer to this please come back and post it.

I own AnyDVDHD and CloneDVD. I have read on their support forums that certain versions of Avatar will require the next update. Many have gotten it to play and duplicate with the beta of AnyDVDHD. Maybe once that is released I can play my movie in my HTPC.

I still would like a decoder/player that is better than PowerDVD. I do not want to pay for the full version just to have better support for movies. Not to mention the free version PowerDVD that came with my BD-ROM drive only supports 2-channel sound.
