blue ray disk strange layers, help!

    i just have bought the ps3 game metal gear solid 4(platinum),
    im noticing that the blue ray disk is differnet from others, this one got like rainbow colours wavy, is this somthing normal, or its getting damaged. the disk plays normally
    any help pls
