Trying to create an ISO file using any dvd hd. I get to 2% and receive "failure reading drive G". Disc appears to be in good shape but I cleaned it anyway. Plays fine in my Blu-Ray drive (G). Any ideas? Known problem?

Thanks for any help - Dennis

Yes & yes I did ng. I understand that even though a disc is good enough to play, it may not be good enough to rip
