eac3to extract just on chapter from Bluray

I am using eac3to and HDDVD/Bluray stream extractor to extract bluray to audio. The problem I am having is if I only want to extract one chapter? Is this possible?
I've spent hours trying to figure this out with no luck.
It would save me a ton of time if I could just extract one chapter to audio instead of the entire disc.
