Help with AVCHD and Sharp Bluray Player

Hi, everyone I am having a little bit of trouble making AVCHD Disks and I am stumped. I downloaded an MKV file, and successfully made it into an AVCHD Disk that played in my Sharp Bluray Player and my PS3. What is stumping me is I have another MKV file that I made into an AVCHD the exact same way, and the AVCHD Disk plays in my PS3 but in my Sharp Bluray Player it recognizes the disc and starts to play it but it never starts it locks up the entire Bluray Player.
