hello, i need to know how to play mkv file on my panasonic blu ray player. i have followed this guide on here , mkv to avchd using tsmuxer set to bluray disk, then burnt using imgburn udf 2.50 . but this only lets me play it on my ps3. my panasonic says incompatible disk. i have bdmv and certificate on disk but know luck please help . thanks
I would love an answer to this thread as well. I also have a Panasonic blu-ray player and got "Incompatible Disc" and followed the aforementioned guide to the letter. I don't have a PS3 so I can't confirm that it would play on one. Thanks in advance for the help.
Simple answer: set the output of txmuxer to AVCHD not BLURAY and the Panny will be happy. Works for me.
i have tried that and all i get is sound and a black screen, all my videos are 1280 x 720 but still black screen.
