Mp4Box issues - Muxing with Yamb

I'm using this guide to convert my .mkv to a .mp4 container so I can essentially play my Blueray file on my Xbox ( I think? )
I get most of it done, as correct as possible, this guide's quite old .. and then I get stuck.
When I go to use Yamb to combine the files, I get the processing screen, then a secondary window, warning me that mp4box has to close. Clicking on Get Help just does nothing, as per the usual with windows, and Yamb says completed right after mp4box "stops working", but I have no .mp4 file. Help?
