muxing multiple 720p mp4 videos

i have 28 10:00 Minute videos in mp4 that i am trying to mix into a single file. i thought i could just mux them together using tsMuxeR. so gave it a try, i get the correct size but runtime is only as long as the first video stream and no audio stream is present. does anybody know of a better way to do this?

multiAVCHD can do this, however it will create a Blu-ray/AVCHD structure. Not sure if this is what you are trying to accomplish.
