I saw on tv the other day that a company came out with a software program that will compress a blu-ray movie to a regular dvd-r and still keeping the High Def feature. I didn't catch the name of the program. Does anybody know the name of the program?

I tried DVDfab and it left a big green horizontal bar at the bottom of the copied movie.

Well, I have used DVDfab before and I didn't encounter a problem like that. It works fine for me. Maybe you have some error in copying?

I figured out what happened. If the media is not ripped to 720 or 1080 (IE: not standard size) a green bar will be added.
