maybe a stupid question but i loaded the main movie stream of a bluray that i backed up. i'm using Smartlabs tsMuxeR. in the "tracks" session it shows three separate video tracks. all three are using the vc-1 codec. 2 of them show a resolution of 720:480p. the other one is 1920:1080p. am i correct in assuming i can uncheck 480p tracks as i want the stream to be in 1080p. are a lot of blurays like this? multiple resolutions in the main movie stream? is this so the bluray can be played a standard dvd player as well? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
The 720*480p tracks are "Picture in Picture" streams, you can uncheck those if you want the main movie only.
