Hooking up DELL PC LCD Monitor to Comcast digital cable

    HI,

    I want to hook up my 22" DELL LCD monitor to my comcast digital cable. I was looking at getting an external digital TV Tuner card. I was wondering if this will work? Or does comcast block it some how?

    Won't you need one of the little boxes comcast is making everyone get for all tv's?

    a digital box? yes, but I need something to go between the digital box and my monitor.
