Nokia 5800 express language change

Hi peeps!
Looking for abit of help, i have a Nokia 5800 express that i bought in South Africa.
Im looking to change the language so that it can display both english and chinese traditional.
I have been to the nokia service centers and they just say that they dont offer that service. SO i though this place would have much better people who are more willing to help.
So, could anyone who know how i can do this provide me with instructions on how to do this, the files i require and the appropriate links for the downloads.

also remember you can only try 3-5 different codes before your fone is locked down completly
