Nokia E71 battery problem

I have a nokiae 71 with a bp-4l battery and a friend of mine charged the phone on a universal charger and since then when i turn on the phone and i shake it a litte is just shuts down, if i put a other battery in it it doesnt have this problem anymore so does anyone know whats wrong with the battery?

does your friend have same type of fone, would he have swapped the battery??
if you dont shake it does it go dead v.quick, if so i think your battery may have been over charged (wrong voltage on universal charger ect..)
if your fone is still under warranty bring it back and tell them the battery is faulty

no he hasnt swapped the battery, if i dont shake it it doesnt die, but if i move it a little to fast it dies immedietly, i dont have warranty anymore:( is there a way to fix this?
