Installed CWCheat and enabled it and pops in the menu but cannot get the hold select menu to appear?

well I installed the CWCheat and enabled the pops and CWCheat in the menu when you hold R to turn on your PSP.

now i loaded up Xenogears and i hold select for 10 seconds and nothing?

Also I copied the CWCheat folder everywhere in the root of my mem stick in an MS0 folder and in the MS0 SEplugins etc...
