Are these ISO games i downloaded not compatible with my PSP system software or something else?

I just downloaded the latest psp games frm gamestorrrents.com. After finish downloading,i managed to convert these rar. files to iso. files. Upon successful completion of converting,i copied these files onto my psp. But sadly, i cldnt opened up these files in my psp. it stated.."Error:File not found (ED000000)"
mY PSP system software is version 5.00 M33-4. Issit because my system is not up to date or its just that these games can only be played on the new psp series>? Help me out guys.
