Gran Turismo umd problem?

#1 22 Jan 2010 @ 18:34
Why is that when i go to legally back up my games for personal use I get the same error message over and over again? I'm trying to back up Gran Turismo for psp with UMDumper but it keeps telling me that I need to clean my disc or change the file name. I do this and it still tells me that somethings wrong. Does it have to do with the fact that gran turismo has a lock that prohibits me from backing it up? I'm using 5.00. M33-6.

I recommend you try backing it up via USB. In the VSH menu change the USB option from "Memory Stick" to "UMD". It can also be due to the fact that it require 6.00 OFW to run.

One I set the vsh to umd and put it in to my computer will there be an iso or will I need to compress the files into an iso?

There should be an ISO already and you just copy it to your desktop.
