i've been trying to search for the gc emulator on psp, but i couldn't find it.. help me out please? =)

Yea... no.
To emulate a system you need up to ten times the power the original system has. The PSP is about as strong as a PS2 and the Gamecube was far better than that system (about 1,5 times the system resources a PS2 had if I remember correctly).

welcome to the homebrew scene. the reaon you cant find one is they dont exist, the psp can barely handle gba games and psones let alone a nintendo gcube
