I took out my psp bettery because it was hanged. When i turned it on , it's only display "Sony Computer Entertainment" and Background . I loss my icon (Ex:setting,picture,music,video,game,network).If u know about this , please help me ........

Try reinstalling firmware via recovery menu if thats what you are on.
