My UMD drive is dead...

I have a PSP slim, and I dropped my psp by mistake and when I turned on, the drive won't read the UMD Disc, and there's no icon on PSP, I just need to know what should I do to fix this?

is there any other way to fix this??? I can't buy a new UMD drive, bcuz I'm still just a kid, I only know how to install CFW access the recovery mode, transfer games, and many more, except disassemble any PSP parts, and how to install them. I tried the topic in the site you just said and nothing works. Now my UMD Disc is worthless if I can't fix the drive...
