I had 170 wma and mp3 songs. My psp is Wma Activated, hence reading wma is no problem.

Before that, i had a folder name "mp3" which has 20 songs in it, but psp can only detects 18 songs. I dragged another 150 into the psp "mp3" folder.

But my psp can only detects 43 songs. However, what i did was i created a new folder name "good songs", cut and paste all 170 songs into the "good songs" folder, it now detect 97 songs.

What is happening? Anyone know any ways or homebrew to fix this>?

If your song names are really long the PSP won't recognize it.
