Depends on the area and the availability of "modded" systems.
In Metro Detroit they sell for $100 - $150 on average.
In North East MI they sell for slightly higher ($150 - $175).
Just remember it is illegal in the USA (and a lot of other countries) to sell devices (and/or software) that bypass copyright protection systems or devices (and/or software) that allow others to bypass copyright protection systems. This includes video game consoles' "modded" to play "backed up" games.
