My system is: q9550 xfx hd 4890 1gb graphics card ud3r motherboard 4gb g-skill ram 800mhz 5 latency wireless network My internet speed when i checked it in speedtest.net was 5mb/s download and 0.60 mb/s upload. Every game/online game I have played, played smoothly without any problems at all. No lag, not even bad FPS. Now once I have installed project torque, the thing is that the FPS is very bad even at the lowest graphics settings of below 30 fps and possibly reaches 19 fps and stays like that until I break the car. I also put Anti Aliasing to zero. I see other online racers start off smoothly. Can someone try this game and tell me? Because what is the problem? By the way my computer froze 2 times from it requiring a hard reset. Thanks.
As far as I can tell, there are some glitches with Project Torque that can cause lag. Try the game's support area for recommendations. If only Project Torque causes any issues, it's a problem with the game, not your system.
