Buying a new custom Build PC

I was wondering if I could get an opinion on this build and if should go with it or make changes? Like do I need a bigger wattage PS?

CPU: Core i7-3770K Processor, 3.50GHz w/8MB Cache

Motherboard: P8Z77-V w/Dual DDR3 1600, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit Lan, Wifi, SLI/3-Way CrossFireX

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 3GB GDDR5 PCI-E w/DVI, HDMI, Dual DP

Memory: Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB DDR3-1600MHz CL9 Dual Channel Kit (2x4GB w/Intel XMP

CPU Cooler: Zalman Closed Loop Liquid CPU Cooler

Video Cooler: Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme 7970 GPU Cooler

Power Supply: Silverstone Strider Plus 1000W

Case: Cooler Master HAF 922 Mid Tower Case Black

Hard drives: 2x 1TB Caviar Blue7200rpm SATA 3 w/32MB Cache

Any Advise would be much appreciated.

No, 1000W is more than enough.

As you're building such a high spec PC, you might want to consider an SSD for your OS and game installs.

Any type you would recommend? Theres lots out there claiming to be fast, but which one truly is? and notstuff with disk errors.

Samsung 830/840 series or the any of the Intel drives.
