Buying new motherboard

So with income tax around the corner im looking to upgrade my board ram and cpu.The ram and cpu have been pick out already,i was looking at asus which im not to keen on so i was looking for the gigabyte equivalent of the asus crosshair IV formula.
Also would it be worth it to crossfire 2 HD5770 ?

 

GIGABYTE GA-890FXA-UD5 AM3 AMD 890FX is the nearest equivalent from gigabyte. not as flashy as the formula, but oh well.

5870 ftw. there are overclocked editions as well. here are charts
-ASUS EAH5870/2DIS/1GD5/V2 has aftermarket cooling solution, if it works good, and i do not see why not, you could OC the card a bit.
-GIGABYTE GV-R587OC-1GD & PowerColor PCS+ AX5870 are overclocked from factory, by 20 and 25 mhz respectively.

So my question is, what is the difference between a normal P67 mobo and the new "B3" Sandybridge? cause the new "B3" is a bit cheaper?

 

there was a recall for all p67 models so make sure that the motherboard taht u get is b3
